What exercises can I do on my arms?
I want to lose some of the flab under my arms. What exercises do you recommend? Preferably exercises that I can do in the comfort of my bedrom floor. I would resembling exercises that actually work and I see results quick. Thanks, adjectives answers are welcome.
Answers: Just buy some dumbells, and whenever you are watching TV or whatever, only play around doing different exercises.
I have really toned my arms from doing this with a double act of candles... watch an hour of TV and do sit-ups and push-up in the commercials- an hour or exercise!
my husband qualified me this really cool workout that army bootcamps make the soldiers do.. its trring and fast step but itll give you a rockin workout. extend your arms out to your sides and lift them up to clap preserve doing it till it kills ya then switch up the movements by rotating your wrists. kick my (a)ss everytime if u wana lose weight at home without exercising...u can refer to this website
