Answers:    It's gonna be a long enumerate, honey.

There are no specific foods you can't eat. You just hold to keep your meals to 15g of round or less. Read the instructions.

If you really want to change your lifestyle, and lose counterweight FOR GOOD, then you need to avoid the following:

Sodas
Alcohol
Butter
Heavy Cream
Fast Food
Red meat
Fried foods
Cheese
Sugary cereal
Pre-made foods
Frozen meals (even the 'healthy' ones. They're loaded with sodium and adjectives sorts of un-natural stuff)
White breads/pasta
Bacon
Sausage
Deli meats
Mayo
Cookies, brownies, cakes, desserts

Keep surrounded by mind, I eat nearly all of the foods on this list-but surrounded by moderation, and not on a daily basis. And I don't own a weight problem. This isn't to say that you can't EVER hold any of the things on this list, but you do need to munch through smaller portions of them, less often. And be a foil for them out with lots of fresh foods. Cook at home more often, try clean recipes. I absolutely LOVE Cooking Light magazine. The recipe are truly delicious and you would never think they be good for you if you didn't know better.

And DO NOT listen to Maya. You should absolutely keep hold of olive oil and nuts as a part of your wholesome diet. They are loaded with GOOD fats, and exhaust your risk of heart disease. NOT ALL FATS ARE BAD FOR YOU.

Do I look overweight??

First, you have to realize that the company making this junk is not interested contained by your health, but taking advantage of the myth that intake low fat diets are good for you.

Your body runs on podgy. In fact, your heart runs on saturated plump! Every single membrane in every cell in your body is made of chubby. Your endocrine system will not up take nutrients into the cells if you are defective in fat.

This LOW butter diet lunacy is way out of control and for drug companies to lug advantage like this should be outlawed. The regulation suits that should come out of this ALLI junk for destroying gallbladders will most likely be the class undertaking suit of the century.

You seriously need to understand the role of rotund in the diet and not listen to these so called "food experts" that are nought more than "hired guns" of the food industry corporations that are selling junk for profit, not health.

If you are serious nearly learning about fat, go to the world expert on fats and oil, Mary G. Enig, Ph.D. Get her book, "Know Your Fats." This is her field of expertise. She is 92 years old and still lecture at universities, etc.

Learn the truth about what you are doing in the past just listening to these profit mongers that are in recent times taking advantage of a public that is only just not informed.

good luck

In your belief, what's the best diet you've done?

Well,
avoid peanut butter, nuts, cheese, high flab meats such as beef, olive oil, any humane of oil, cream soups, butter, and chocolates.

GO for fresh fruits, vegetables, and lots of it. For protein, stick with tofu, meat substitute, or chicken breast. Chicken breast is a wonderful source of lean protein, and have no carbohydrates and if chosen wisely, can have little to NO flabby at all. Go for shrimp, also lean protein, but high surrounded by cholesterol. Drink lots of water, avoid soda (even though they have no tubby, they are high in sugar).

righteous luck.

How do you work the exceedingly top abdominal and the hugely bottom?

chips, french fries, deep fried anything... such as shrimp, burritos, chicken, etc. and peanut butter, butter, cream, sour cream, oils of any helpful, cheeses, cake frosting, salami, sausage style meats, any type of meat that has a lofty fat content. That is just bad the top of my head, there are probably some more. Absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and other fat-soluble nutrients is inhibited by the use of orlistat. A multivitamin tablet containing vitamins A, D, E, K, and beta-carotene should be taken once a year, at bedtime, when using orlistat.
