What have be the most succesful diet/exercise program for you?
course ...way back ... I did the Scarsdale diet (I don't cogitate it even exist anymore .. I doubt you can find the book). I remember it wasn't fun ... plain tuna, chicken broth, etc., but it worked really well - took off alot of lubricant, and I've kept it off with sensible diet and exercise.
Will running take home you look better even if you don't lose much substance?
Last year When i graduated 8th grade i weigh 156pounds i was 5'3 and now i weightiness 131pounds and still losing...I know it took a year to lose that, it was just because i didn't stick to it until i get focused which took about 2-3 months...But this is what i did...I ate less (more fruits and vegies), cut out soda (but i can drink diet soda), no more chips (well u can respectively some every now and then)...I exercise from 1-2 hours a day...On some of my free time i would do something exercise related..But what help me the most is realizing that i was over counterbalance and the only way to move about about losing the weight is if i stuck to my dream...Make up a weight loss goal...Don't obtain discouraged if one week u don't lose anything cuz everyone has one of those weeks...I know u can do it if i did!! Good Luck!!
Answers: I did and do a combination of weight lifting, diet, stretching, and cardio. Weight lifting help you hold onto muscle which burns calories. You want to keep your muscle while losing weight and just focus on losing fat. Muscle only help you to lose fat because it is burning calories for you!
Use diet and cardio to lose the fat. Weigh yourself once per week beneath the same conditions and adjust your diet and/or cardio each week to assistance you continue progress!

i lost ten pounds (from 175 to 165) over roughly two months by eating cheerios with a chalice of skim milk everyday for breakfast, a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, and no cheese for lunch, and stir fry next to tofu chicken and vegetables for dinner. every morning i did 100 crunches and 60 pushups. i did not eat eggs, stayed away from cheese and milk products over 1%, and didnt eat anything from cows or pigs (only lean meats).
1. Diets dont work for life,so portion control and calorie
shifting is adequate
2. Workout 6 days a week, combine both cardio and toning
3. Stay confident at all times
Should i be taking maximuscle promax if i am 19.5 stone 6ft 4in ?
Started at 200 pounds, get down to 162 1/2. Waist went from 42 1/2 inches to 32 inches. I ate only tuna and drank singular water for 3 days at a time. Then I would take a afternoon off, then walk back on the diet. I did cardio everyday.
common sense is the best item. eat a well perched diet with proper portions, drink water, and procure 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week. I read all I could just about what to eat and how to exercise and use the things that work for me. I get up around 6:30 and way of walking for 45 minutes. I plan what I'm going to eat for that day and hold my lunch and snacks to work. I write down what I'll eat and how many calories. I started at 224 and am in a minute 166. I'm probably going to have to watch what I get through for the rest of my life, so I want to do things I can live with.
