What is going on beside my weight/metabolism?
A year ago, I was able to get through upwards of 2400 calories and not gain a pound. Now, I go to the gym more often and can just eat 2,000 calories and not gain a pound. I typically eat 1500 or so and presently that I'm 105 pounds, I can't lose anymore weight. I'm just tryin to lose literally a couple of pounds for an upcoming weding. Anyway, I've be strict on my eating habits and exericse routine (45 minutes of cardio followed by 20 minutes of shipment training). However, I do eat an hour before bedtime, but it's not more than 600 calories. Could that be the object why I've pleatued and ocassionally even gain? Am I eating enough or do I stipulation to eat more so that my metabolism will revv back up? I'm 5'2 and 25 years dated by the way
Answers: Hmmm...perhaps amend your exercise routine to an hour of cardio on alternate days, and on the other days 30 to 60 minutes of strength training. Change up your weights if you've been using the same amount, and see if that help.
ON THE OTHER HAND. 105 is pretty darn small!! It's 19.2 on the BMI chart, which is just barely into the average range. You truly shouldn't lose any more!! Relax and enjoy your nuptial, and stop stressing about a few little pounds. No one, and I mean NO ONE at your marriage ceremony is going to shake their heads at you, (a 105 pound little thing) and say "gee, that bride is a cow...~" C'mon, be serious!! :)

Dint verbs pleatue in weightloss programme is a very regular problem. If u r on this dietary craving for more than a month, pls change this. take a breakfast of 500kcal, lunch of 600kcal, but dinner of 400kcal total snacks of 300kcal (max)only.do ur exercise as it is, if at all possible add some more protein to ur food. take one apple 30 minutes back bedtime.
you may gain by 2-3 pounds, but after a couple of day it will start loosing.
Well, you are a bit underweight since the heathly weight a 5 foot 2 woman is supposed to be is 110. As you gain older your metabolism slows down.
