What is the best opening to LOSE FAT!?
i need to lose fat adjectives over. what is the best way to do this. I want to lose 5 pounds in flab not muscle.

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt
Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)
Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet pole
Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios
Some other tips:

omg that's easy doing crunches. Dont do th e calorie conunt diet cause your are guna gain it adjectives back once you eat average. And if you new at dieting dont do to much excersie cause ull of late get hungry. So dont eat exceed 5 and do crunches for 25-60 minutes a day (could be just 25 minutes) and beside in a month there gose some pounds.

Drink a LOT of water. At least 2 Liters every afternoon.
Work out 3-5 times per week, alternating cardio (like treadmill, aerobics, jump roping, etc) with Strength training
