What is the proper mode to do the AB PLANKS??
I have been trainging for sometime very soon. However I have 2 metal rods from the top of my spine to the bottom of my spine for scolosis surgery back surrounded by 1988. I have been trying to find the right agency to do planks..They are the only things so far that don't hurt my back or lumbar. It is probably because I am not doing them right..
Is here anyone that can explain them to me really good or send me a contact of some kind..
I have be sucking in my core and making sure my back is straight (which it manifestly always is) and my butt is not up in the upper air when I do them, but I honestly feel nothing.. NOT DURING AFTER nought..No soreness

Answers: Nothing should be touching the ground but your toes and you forearms. If you do that and you're flat then you're doing it right.
The proper way to do ab planks are to enjoy nothing touch the ground and your back is flat. Heres pics of how to do a proper ab plank.(in the sources) dunno
