What is typically a virtuous substance for a 22 year elderly womanly who is 5 foot 1 inches soaring?

Answers: i am right in the middle of 5'1 and 5'2 and i weight 111lbs (going down to 110lbs..i have gained 5lbs cause i be sick). I must admit that i dont have the most muscle surrounded by the world but i am started to gain alot of it ..i have been working out resembling crazy... anyway... i think that between 105-115 is what u should weight...but it also does depend on ur body type...if ur a individual who has a lot of muscle it is without a flaw fine weighting more becuase muscle weights more then fat. if u are not i would suggest getting somewhere between that span and building some muscle (a lil muscle is always good)

Depends on the your frame size and how much muscle you have versus flab, but I'd say anywhere between 103 to 125..it can really vary as respectively person looks different.now if you are over that, don't be upset next to my answer.. 100lb-130lb.
