What Method of bulk loss is the best?

I was thinking about alot of different methods, but i couldnt resolve which one to choose! i can't do any of those Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem diets, beause im only 13. I am really not in apt shape, here are some ideas:
1. Water diet/ fast
2. 5-day hurried
3. Lean Cuisine
4. Diet and Excersize (ABs)
5.Counting Calories
Any more ideas, please let me know, if you could minister to me find which one has the most rapid solidity loss, and which one is easiest, that would be great. Thanks!

green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses respectively day.
do not snack
do not drink soda
go on the partially off diet only drink half of what you would usually eat and hand over or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you've had all your day after day meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a afternoon
get more active
get hold of more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose counterweight it helps with you're growing to sort you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per hours of daylight
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not munch through candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid nippy food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you budge to them a think good damn they look honest then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not chomp through after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food stale and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not put away before you go to sleep
drink a chalice of water before you turn to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

Well I think it's totally just about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hold of hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or possibly a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a great deal of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another entry is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's well-mannered for your health

And of course, do at most minuscule 50 abs per day

First of all, fast is NOT a way to lose weight. Not lastingly. After a few days of fasting your body will be like "Whathe, where on earth are my nutrients!? I will better save the rest!". Bottom line: When you start to devour again, your body will still be in an emergency and save every excessive calorie you will nurture it. Don't do that to your body! Will i lose body rotund immediately by substance training and cardio ?


Eating healthy food and stopping when you are full (instead of cleaning your plate a moment ago because the food is there)
Get 30 mins of moderate excercise (like walking) everyday.

That is all I have done and I don't touch hungry or deprived since nothing is off ends. The key is to eat slower and to be capable of recognize when you are full and to stop when you are full. And if you get hungry 30 mins subsequent have some more.

How much cargo could i lose contained by 3 months??
