What should a 210 lb. woman enjoy for breakfast ?

Answers: Well for a growing girl similar to yourself you need to keep up your strength so doesn`t matter what you have been intake I say double it!!... besides how you gonna make it on the cover of Big, Beautiful and Proud of it at that wimpy mass.
I eat the following;
1 cup of special K berry blend of cereal
1 cup of coffee with cream and sugar
1/2 of an English muffin
1 Cup of yogart
The berry blend fancy so MUCH better than the plain version. Sometimes I will have a 2nd Cup of coffee, however I perceive full after eating without over drinking and that is key.
Dieters next to the best results keep a food diary. This breakfast is 530 Calories. Best of Luck!
BTW Anyone at any weight should get through healthy. Don't be too hard on yourself because of a number. You are not that number..
A correct breakfast would be
Oatmeal
Kashi, bran buds, or other whole grain ceral near skim or soy milk
Egg beaters scrambled with low fat cheese and onions/peppers
fruit smoothie beside strawberries bananas milk yogurt and a scoop of protein powder(soy taste the best)
Protein bar(kashi and south shore diet bars taste great)
fresh fruit
I would generally choose 2 of the above to get your metabolism off to a worthy start
I would suggest egg beaters scramled in olive oil next to onions and canadian bacon.
It's light enough that it wont drag you down the rest of the morning but it will see start your metabolism. It's low in calories, carbs & sodium and the canadian bacon provides a low fat protein. Well, I saw one own breakfast a while back, she had a big stack of pancakes...big around as the plate and nearly 5-6 inches high, half a bottle of syrup, partly a box of butter, about six sausages, half a jar of strawberry preserves. a big cup of milk... that much I saw.. I left... she came into the dining room roughly speaking 10 am with all of this within her house coat, her hair in curlers,and a double act of those damned ole fuzzy house shoes on...it was one hell of a sight.plus she have to have weighed more than 210. It get my attention, I lost 50 lbs after seeing it.. acutally it was 15 years ago... I have kept my freight off. I eat oatmeal or cheereos for breakfast, mostly veggies and fruits most of the time.. some turkey or fish (Im speaking of my other meal now).. basically low fat low sugar and try to keep a tight rein on my calories to 1200-1500 daily plus i walk six miles aday... It changed my enthusiasm and health you should eat anything you want. it doesn't matter how much you weigh. we are all on loam to serve God. and He doesn't care what your figure is.
but i would guzzle oatmeal. don't add tons of sugar and make it yourself. fruit is other good. i have grape fruit for breakfast. it is yummy.
Weight Watchers have the best (IMO) weight reduction plan around. You get through the right foods without getting hungry. Fruit, high fiber cereal, eggs..things that plague you up and keep you till your next breakfast time or snack. Try to stay clear of white, starchy foods like bread or potatoes...very doomed to failure..but whole grain is best. oatmeal w/ fresh berries or some nuts & wheat toast w/ peanut butter. a chalice of oj or low fat milk
or an omlette with veggies & even some lean meat.
just remember portion size! even if its healthy, have too much isnt good.
