What should i do???

i'm going on vacation in 10days....i really want to lose some solidity b4 i go. maybe 3 or 5 pounds....any suggestions on what i should do? gratefulness:]

If you respect your body you won't move about on a jello diet.
Eat healthily and exercise.

As bad as it is for you if you use it for the long haul the Atkin's diet will allow you to drop suddenly especially with minimal to no card intake. But for a quick fix it would definitley comfort. I went on a jello diet one time, Probably not very in good health but it worked. I used the sugerless kind.

Is it true that you burn more calories working out first entity contained by the morning past breakfast?
