What to drink presently?
Its is 4:57pm here and I am going to eat soon maybe around 5:30pm! I be wondering what do I eat? I havent gained any consignment, I checked! Here's what I ate so far in the morning 5 goldfish crackers, then I ate breakfeat. some icecream, for a time more goldfish crackers with cheeze its and thats it! (these are not in lay down!)

Answers: You probably had around 600 but you did not say aloud what you had for breakfast so I assumed it was around 200. If your on a diet your not doing within right. Although you may have only consumed a few calories rime cream and sugar are not the best while on a diet. Try eating some protein tonight like chicken and some veggies. Eat around 700 tonight. Just lay past its sell-by date the junk food, they will make you gain immensity back faster in the conclusion. Good luck

Maybe put a few pine nuts or sunflower seeds contained by that as well as some good carrot, greens and such and forget the calories. Concentrate on quality and what you are eating. are vegan/vegetarian? after have tofu otherwsie have some chocken or fish. or soup and close to potatoes and veg or hjave some fruit or quinoa or some nuts too and raisins

I had: blueberry bagel and cream cheese... bunch of fruit.a low-carb boxed lunch at work (with tuna salad, chicken salad, cottage cheese, and cheese sticks)... and 2 small brownies.
cheese itz and goldfish and ice cream in recent times killed you right there lol those enjoy so much salt and calories stay away from those and for your sake girl eat some fruit or something what roughly speaking a yummy salad? :)
you could also try some crackers and tuna.
A big salad with olive oil dressing and a can of sardines chomp through something helthly.
