Answers:    in good health it definately tires ya body,and ya muscles would contract thus ya'd be achin all over,because swimmin is a full body sport its gonna wear out ya joints,i used to swim alot as i be a diver before,but i stopped as incurred sensitive joints,presently i can't do sudden movements and that includes skateboardin which i can't anymore,try swimin 2-3 times a week(max)always let ya body recover earlier ya swim again...enjoi

Swimming is amazing, it burns alot more calories than most other exersises, the water gives resistance so its similar to weight lifting (in a way), its good for relaxation too. GO FOR IT!! it depends if you swim for a long time or not. if you dont use a swim sou`wester, it could dye your hair (i think permanently). you will lose consignment though and get stronger

depends how hard you swim, eventually you would develop a long lean body, near a toned upper body. Do your body a lot of good but can't enunciate the same for hair and skin.
