Whats a dutiful workout to increase your vertical?

i can touch the rim with both hands and im so close to dunking. im so a few inches away from getting the bubble over the rim, and into the hoop. so is their any leg workout that will help me?

Are in attendance any gloomy effects to intake around 8-9 pieces of fruit and veg a afternoon?
