Whats the fastest course to loose cargo?

Im 15 and in the last couple months i hold gained about 5-10 pounds. I play just about 6 days a week but i am not on a diet. For me to loose weight do do i just start dieting or working out more also?

Answers:    Well the individual "fast" ways are also generally temporary.

Instead of looking for a prompt fix, look at your diet and exercise and see where you can improve.

Try to chomp through 4-5 small, healthy meals per daytime - starting with breakfast and spread out throughout the day.
Drink plenty of dampen.
Avoid foods high in plump, sugar or anything heavily processed.
Get plenty of sleep, 8-9 hours per night.
Get lots of exercise - both cardio/fat-burning like walking, biking, running etc and strength building close to push-ups, knee bends or weights (in moderation).

Set some goals but be believable. People have a tendency to receive frustrated if goals are too hard and consequently "relapse" too much in the other direction (i.e. "I'll never lose another 3 pounds this week so I may as well basically pig out.")

Don't worry about how much you weigh - verbs more about how you feel. Having honest energy and feeling polite about yourself is way more meaningful than a number on a scale.

i have the terrifically beST answer! You need to do daily cardio...and the best form: JUMPROPING! doing 10 minutes is equivalent to 30 minutes of jog.
Then also do a rotation of upper body light weights (dumbells)
and the next afternoon lower body workout (squats and lunges)

If you faithfully try this for a month...and decrease your intake to about 1500 calories a day...no ingestion after 6;30 pm...you will lose a lot of weight! You are 15 and your metabolism is probably at its best...do it presently when it is the easiest! I am 37 and it is much harder as you age.

go to the gym and exercise! do not try diets. diets work for about a month, but later you get too hungry and eat greatly and gain back all that u lost. not fitting!
so, join ur local gym. really work on cardiovascular things. that type of working out loses the most calaries. if you only work on things close to situps, etc, you will build muscle over ur weight- but it wont get rid of the fat. try biking, running, swimming, and other cardiovascular actvities. and remember to tread urself. u dont want to rush into anything to strong. Go to the store, purchase the yogurt that has like a pink lid.It's blue and usually cost 69 cents. It's awfully good,just get through alot of that and so quickly you will lose pound by pound.!!

if you do alot of exercise then simply cut out any junk you eat inbetween meal or replace them with healthy snacks and replace and drinks near water. you shouldnt need 2 jump on a diet just cut back on cast-offs and stufff .. good luk x People say it whats u guzzle, but its really if how MUCH you eat. you cant LOOSE weight but you can try to LOSE it by doing cardio and eating right shift on a diet and take a walk around the park and do some exersising. you can nick fat pill ask your doctor first.

You should learn how to spell, and THEN work on losing mass. Run for at least for times a day!! - 1/2 a KM respectively time!!!
