Which is better? gym or walking?
I was going on walk for around 45 mins to 1 hr, I could reduce 8 kgs in 2 months beside all diet, but now i am going to Gym next to same diet for 1 month, I couldnot reduce even 100 gms!!! which one is better? Gym or walking?

are you doing a lot of weight lifting and resistance exercises at the gym? if so you are probably building muscle, which weigh more, and it doesn't mean you aren't "losing weight," you might a short time ago be gaining some at the same time.
walking is mostly cardio, which medium it will increase your metabolism, making you lose more fat.
I think you should do both, because you have need of both to effectively lose fat, gain muscle tone, and increase your metabolism.
If you want to build muscle, strength, and all that, the gym is better. But if you want to a moment ago lose weight or get aerobic exercise, walking is without a flaw adequate (no better or worse than doing it at the gym).
Personally, I prefer exercising by walking or with an exercise tape. It'll save you a lot of money if you do it that bearing.
Sir generally i prefer to go for walking because it will be terribly help full for blood circulation etc where as gym is preffered mostly to shape the body capably. Well, I'd assume the gym would add muscle mass, which is far heavier than fat. Not a fruitless thing, but could be why your numbers aren't adding up.
