Why am i getting these food cravings?
gosh, i am getting these really bad food cravings for no reason, i really don't know why!
its getting really unpromising, i'm just diving into food, and raiding the fridge... i'll probably look like a bouncy orb if i don't stop soon..
but its so bad! i don't really feel hungry, similar to, stomach pains, but you know when you see something really yummy, your mouth just starts watering? well my mouth is watering for every type of food here is...
can someone help me to stop this! and tell me why its going on?
arghhh... its been like this for roughly speaking a month..

To ultimately put a stop to it you HAVE to find something else to keep you busy. Go outside and develop an interest surrounded by walking. Go outside and write, read, anything to keep you from being inside and around the fridge. It can be rough to start but if you do this I promise you your cravings will move about away. You also have to stop eating processed foods and unwanted items. There are literally dozens of chemicals purposley put in them to constantely keep you wanting more. Its a doleful thing but true. Stick with fruits and vegetables and occasionally protein foods if you approaching. You'll be so much happier and your cravings for food will be history.. :)
Its honestly not hard if you just do it. Its so straightforward now days to make excuses for everything, which is why so several people never reach their goal. This is a simple step in the right direction towards conquering the human ego
Well not to sound rood, but are you pregnant. If not afterwards you are probably not eating enough during the year, so at the end of the day your body starts to kinda of loose control because it hasn't be replenished. Just make sure to eat a big breakfast because it have been proven that if you do this you will not be hungry at night. Also hold on to healthy food around incase you do loose control like a ravishing suffer again. Hope this helps. Make sure you have a substantial breakfast every hours of daylight - like porridge oats or weet-bix, because that will make you stop mortal so hungry. Next if you are hungry, as much as you hate it, have something hygienic! Nuts are a great option and so is low fat yogurt - =] yummy!
are you sexually busy? if you are, don't rule out pregnancy as an option.
