Why do my legs hurt at hours of darkness?

Since september last year i have started walking 6 miles 5 times a week. While i hold seen loads of benefit from this i am also getting pains down my thighs in the evening and at darkness in bed. I have to preserve turning from one side the the other when im in bed because if i lie on 1 side for too long it really ache and hurts, also i get a burning cramp like cramp down the back of my right thigh often.
I with the sole purpose get these pains when im sat down or within bed - when i'm walking miles i'm fine.

Ok! i screed up , i be going to win fit this summer but im already rotten to a discouraging start?

Answers:    you're cramping up,

strecth out a little bit before you turn to bed and it should be better

Loosing some extra suitcases?

Drinking too much alcohol has been set for causing this. You may want to try reducing your intake. The most possible reason is that you might be an a too cold place so try to thaw up!!!!
