Why does running increase my powerfully person close to no other exercise?

Why is it that when I jog I feel the endorphins and my resourcefully being is increased almost immediately I hold only been jog a week, and I had been doing creamy elliptical exercise for several months, what is it in jog that kicks my endorphins, what other exercises can I do to get that same increase of in good health being?

Just wondering...?



Answers:    exercises that will help you beside this benefit are usually aerobic. swimming, cycling, hiking, climbing stairs. you are certainly on the right track by understanding how your body works and what to do to hold on to those endorphins kicking in.-blurey

Too true. I feel equal way. I normally work out 3-5 days per week. Cardio kickboxing, weights and running. Plus I will totter 3 miles in the park, in the glorious sunshine. Walking and running by far manufacture me feel the best. Kickboxing actually increases my stress level, after one grueling kickboxing class I suffered a massive panic attack and total nervous nouns collapse. Almost had to go to hospital. It be freaky. Yet if I throw in a 3 mile run after the kickboxing class and weights it reduces my stress level. Weird huh?
