Will sit up support my stomach fleshy within smaller number afterwards 8 days?

i have 12 steps how oodles times will i have to run up and down the steps
tell me any point i need to do to lose it in smaller number then 8 days and im talking bout stomach heavy

Id say at least twenty times up and down 12 stairs and situps every hours of daylight to see slight results in 8 days, plus dieting and running.
