If I exercise for 6 hours in a day for 3 days, and guzzle only negative calorie food for that total day, will I lose weight?
By exercise I be determined be on a treadmill for 6 hours?
And eat basically with the sole purpose fruits and vegatables, and drink water for 3 days?
Will I lose weight, and how much do you judge I'll lose?

Answers: I wrestle. It is SO hard to lose weight, and I'll narrate you from personal experience, that WILL make you lose weight, but you WILL REGRET IT. You'll be hungry, it is UNHEALTHY, and your body will not be used to the workout. Build your track up. Go from 30 mins., to 1 hr., etc. Trust me, it is extremely unhealthy, and it can only hurt your body. I tight, your going to be burning muscles tissue, because you won't have any fat storage to burn sour, if your eating so few calories and working out so much. Start low, and work your way up.
