Working out?
This summer I want to loose between 10 lbs. - 20 lbs. I am 13 years old and 5 ft. 3. What are some healthy workouts and foods I can do/eat between very soon and September 5th?
Answers: Don't drink pop or soda or any carbonated beverages. Since you so young really just examine your portion sizes, as in just view how much food your eating, and don't eat more if your full. Do some research on clean foods, but for heavens sake don't starve yourself of any type of food such as carbs or fats!! Your brain needs carbs and your body DOES want fat, otherwise it will start breaking down your body. As for a workout, go to msn, they hold a new workout that seems relatively effortless every week. Good luck and please keep yourself healthy.
k.your 13.and you still enjoy metabolism.so what you could do is run and if at your gym they have these stairs that repeat.you could get on those.you could get through simpile foods.Morning -cereal snack-apple lunch-tuna sandwich diner-whatever you want.remember you still have metabolism!so look at your working out more dan waht you eat.i followed the way that i jus showed you.wen i returned to skool no-1 recegnized me cuz i lost about 20 pounds.and i started getting girls.if you feel similar to giving up...DONT!!!once your out of the gym youll fell good about yourself.=).GOOD LUCK!!drink alot of wet I like the protein carb diet. I eat alot of protein for adjectives 3 meals, and watch my carbs. Whole pellet cereal is good too. I tend to replace supper alot with cereal. I'm lately so exhausted from work sometimes that I'm too lazy to cook!! BUt the cereal isn't bad for you. Its in actuality really good for you. Limit your sweets. Don't starve yourself, just cut your portions. Eat 1/2 instead of the undamaged thing. And drink tons of water. THat Kellogs K2o is fitting stuff and it keeps you full too.!
