What are some symptoms of MS?
I have had extreme numbness of the left foot and very soon the leg for the past couple of years, but in the last few months the numbness is up historic my knee. I am walking OK but the numbing feeling is annoying. Could this be related to MS?
Best Answer: Numbness is one of the symptoms you can have when you hold MS, so your numbness can be MS related. However, there are a number of diseases that can cause typical MS symptoms, which is why the first step contained by a MS diagnosis is to rule out all other causes for the symptoms. It's only after adjectives these have been eliminated that a forgiving is sent for an MRI and if the MRI shows typical MS lesions the final step in the diagnosis is a lumbar puncture. Hopefully your problems are not caused by MS, but I would suggest that you see a neurologist for a complete check-up.

Possibly. Also get tested for celiac disease. It's much more adjectives than MS (1 in 100 have it and most don't have any idea) and can own the same symptoms. Physicians really only look for it if you have digestive symptoms and cargo loss, but many people only enjoy neurological symptoms and some have no symptoms at all.
