Could any one please come up near any preventions for prickly grill?

I am desperate for the last 2 years i have developed prickly heat and hayfever, and it is simply starting to ruin my everyday life !! mainly the prickly heat as it is so itchy scratchy and unsightly, this summer due to the good weather i have got it again i move about on holiday the end of aug and i really need to find a prevention for this as i know it will ruin my holiday !! i heard bad someone you can buy a cream to apply a couple of weeks before entering the heat ?? and others have said some robustness tablets ? please help as piriton DOES NOT work and its driving me crazy !!

Rub moisturiser in every day. DO NOT do this after prickly warmth has set in. cover the area next to light clothing and prevent anything from rubbing on it, also try Cetirizine Hydrochloride, it is stronger than Piriton, but does the same thing.Related Questions...
