Ok so Im 10 years old.I suffer from medical anxitey,Any bruise,scrape,or tick I worry just about and neeed instant care.I worry about if I catch a fever what could happen could I get sepsis,I verbs about thing happening 20 years from in a minute,I worry about evreything possible,Any bone pain i suggest its bone cancer,Its anything you could think of Im very scared give or take a few getting poisned and going to the hospital this anxitey is taking over my life making it unenjoyeble for the other around me,This makes me upset and shake Im pretty sure this anxitey is comming from my OCD,i need counsel Cause Im gonna go bisurk.

I can tell you that your anxiety is module of the OCD because i have it too. If you arent on any medication for the OCD or anxiety then you need to sermon to an adult, like your parents or someone and let them know how you are fancy. If you are on medication, then you still need to talk to someone because your drug isnt working for you. Hope this helps. Some people take medication for their OCD, I am one of them. It's up to your parents and doctors about the medication promise, because they can have bad side effects sometimes. I know it's reallly scary, I own some of the same sort of thoughts you must deal with. If you don't budge to a psychiatrist, I strongly recommend you start seeing one. they are doctors trained specifically to treat psychological disorders like this. They're there to help you. There are specific therapy designed to treat OCD and other similar disorders. You can do it! The first step is asking someone who can help for their help.
