I am getting terrifically worried in a minute, not sure what to do...?

Hey, I am sorry if I have posted this in a wrong forum, I am new to this site. I am a 28 year dated female. I have had chest pains on and rotten for over four years. I had been going to my doctor about it and she told me not to verbs about it as I was/am so young. I have tried not to verbs about it. I went to the doctor back contained by march and a different doctor was there on that hours of daylight. He did a 12 lead? ecg. He told me it was borderline abnormal, something just about a RBBB, and left atrial enlargement, I think he said. He told me not to worry nearly it. About three weeks ago I got a really bad pain contained by my chest and went back to an emergency doctor (about 4 hours later) he took an ecg and sent me directly to hospital, without relating me the ecg results. The hospital watched me overnight, gave me aspirin over a few hours and told me to go home and await a communication. I got their letter which asked me to go posterior in for an echo and stress test. I go in for the echo and stress test. During the stress check the doctor was called to an emergency. I felt really weak and had to get sour the treadmill. They told me to sit down. They checked my blood pressure and it was 80/47. Then in a hurry they told me I had to step because they had an emergency coming in, which I did. I asked if the test be ok and if I could get a copy of it. They said it's fine and they don't give copies. I said that's fine but could you send a copy to my run of the mill doctor which they said I could request at a later date. Here's where I got worried. Since the stress trial, I have gotten progessively worse palpatations (always starts out that I can suddenly 'hear' my heart beating, then it will touch like its flipping and quivering, which usually leads to chest pain and discomfort). The ultimate one lasted much longer than they usually last and I nearly blacked out. I have have on off chest pain and I am not sure what to do. I don't want to keep going to my doctors or they will devise I am a hypochondriac. What should I do? The only other information I have on this is a copy of an ecg the 'stand-in' doctor gave me surrounded by March. Here is the information at the end of it: Vent Rate: 87 PR Interval: 176 QRS duration: 100 QT/QTc: 364/408 P-R-T axes: 47 33 17 Limb: x1 Chaest: x1 25 mm/s 100Hz Sinus Rythm Possible Left Atrial enlargement [ -0.1 MV P Wave in Lead V1/V2] RSR (QR) in front V1/V2 consistant with right ventricular conduction delay Borderline ECG I don't know if this information is any good, but I hope it help.
Best Answer: Go to a cardiologist working in a hospital that specializes in heart conditions. The best of the best, ok? I suspect your doctor just read the machine's interpretation and he doesn't know how to read ecg's. I could recount because he said "borderline abnormal", which commonly appears on ecg strips. It means he didn't have an interpretation of his own. You should have routine investigations done approaching echo and treadmill. And by the way, you have a right to win copies. Based on your manifestations, you have a condition. Relax but don't neglect these. Heart conditions can be manage by proper medications and modification of lifestyle. Eat healthily, exercise, quit smoking, and avoid stress, extreme emotion and activities.

You should press to gain more information and your questioned answered- This is not being a hypochondriac! What it makes you is someone that it taking control of their own strength and health care. From what you wrote, you are not being treated near respect as a patient. Too bad if they had an emergency coming in- You be still in the middle of a test- they should of rescheduled you and thoroughly gone over the results with you! Request a referral to a cardiologist and either hold a complete copy of your file sent to them or given to you to take to your appointment. Good Luck!
