how do i know if my spleen is enlarged by mono?

I was recently tested for mono 4 days ago in which i already have it for a week before tested unknowingly. when i was tested she said i already reached the most contagious segment. i was not allowed to go to my closing day of middle school and had to call off my cruise which i soon hope to make up, because she thought i would still have symptoms. well the light of day after that happened my lymph nodes were clear but still white patches(barely) and runny nose. but by Saturday my trunk has cleared up lymph nodes are still down the white patches disappeared and im not tired or sore. now the give somebody the third degree is is that will my spleen become enlarged since i had such a minor case of mono. it wasn't the day i go to the doctor ,it doesn't feel like it is, and i have no strain near my spleen area what so ever. will my spleen become enlarged and will i get the ok from the doctor to travel to a 2 week long summer camp? hurry the appointment is in 4 days!
Best Answer: Your spleen doesn't always become enlarged. My son have mono. They sent him for a scan because he was in football...just contained by case.
