That's really too big of a question for this type of forum. Her doctor should supply this information. A lot also depends on her medications and how effective they are. Some relations need a very strict diet with markedly low carbohydrates, others do just fine taking a pill and can eat a moderate amount of carbohydrates without their blood sugar spiking too giant. There's a lot of controversy about fruit in this forum, but my doctor outstandingly recommends whole fruit as part of a thriving diet.Related Questions...
