Afraid of food poisoning?
A few months ago, I got sick. Really sick. I don't know if it was food poisoning or something, hough I doubt it, because my friend was also sick a short time ago the same. Ever since then, I've been sick, solitary not as badly. Just things like feeling nauseas normally, skaking legs, ect. I had blood work done and they said that I was pre-diabetic(even though my blood sugar was majority...O.o). Anyways, since I got sick, I've been somewhat obsessive compulsive give or take a few food. I always check the due date and worry if the food will give me food poisoning. My mother say that I'm turning to an anorexic-food-freak O.o. I don't believe that I'm anorexic--I like food! I'm trying to lose weight this summer(20 lbs).
Are my actions concerning food and germs valid? Or am I just OCD?
Thanks so much:)
Best Answer: I say OCD. Just eat conventional food. I eat junk food on the weekends and try to eat robust on weekdays. My mother freaks out about stuff like this. The other day at a restaurant I took a roll and wipe it on the table before I slathered it with butter and ate it, just to show her I wouldn't die from it. Yeah, sometimes you're gonna procure sick. If you don't let you're body build up normal immunities to microbes you will get sick a lot more often and antibiotics will not work when you inevitability them. As for food, just make sure it is heated to the proper temperature previously you eat it. I don't worry at all almost food poisoning and NEVER get it. The only time in my life span I've ever gotten food poisoning was when I ate at Shoney's when I was 9. They didn't cook my chicken fingers thoroughly. I make sure my meat is cooked. Don't verbs so much about every little thing, k?
Myself and my eating conduct.
Answer: I think you have a touch of OCD, dear. Eat lots of greens, fresh ones, and you'll stay fit and well for a long time.

Ya, it's pretty rare in children, but I attached a link around it. Mostly bleeding and bruising from what I know. But just curious, has someone been reading My Sisters Keeper?? http://leukemia.emedtv.com/chronic-lymphocytic-leukemia/chronic-lymphocytic-leukemia.html

There is a picture of a person who was infected with anthrax. Judging by the trait of the photograph, it is difficult to say when the photograph was taken.http://pathmicro.med.sc.edu/ghaffar/cutaneous%20anthrax%20eye.jpgI first saw this photograph some months ago.Last April, I was looking through an American physician's textbook on infectious disease, printed surrounded by 1981.
WTF is this dry, red, chappy patch on my arm?!?!?
It's been there for a couple weeks and doesn't seem to be varying much (except when I scratch at it...then it gets reddish) Is it a circle or patch of flesh colored skin that turns red when you score it? Could be ring worm?Wash everything...
