Best Answer: It depends one how serious your asthma is I've had several over the course of my life and I'm almost 54. My 17 year aged daughter has had more asthma attacks than I have and my 30 year matured daughter has had more than either of us. Different things trigger our asthma mine is triggered by dust and chemical smells. My 17 year old's is triggered by dust, chemical smells, shell fish, ginger and some other smells. My 30 year old's is triggered by exercise, dust, strong smells resembling bleach or ammonia. And with certain animals. So a lot depends on what your triggers are and adjectives of us can have an attack caused by stress or a panic attack. I hope that you're competent to keep your asthma under control so that it doesn't get worse. The most that I have problems was during my last pregnancy. But I have mild asthma compared to my kids. They both use some point like advair and keep an rescue inhalers handy. I also have a rescue inhalers but occasionally use it.
