What's the risk of HIV/AIDS after a grasp?
One of those guys asking for donations shook my hand before telling me he be HIV positive. I am really freakked out. Are there viruses on my hand in a minute? How long will they stay? What if I have mnimal scratches on my hand, or mark myself afterwards with it?
Can I get infected? What's the risk? I am really petrified, please someone knowledgeable consent to me know.

HIV is really hard to transmit through a greeting. Unless You had an open bleeding would and he had an unseal bleeding wound and you "blood buddied" each other then you could get it. Just wipe your hands a couple times with antibacterial soap and lather your hand with purell. Your skin acts like a hedge for diseases and The virus can't live long outside the body, a couple minutes at most. So just clean it really well and seize tested in 3 months just to be sure.
