What is the skin condition on East Indian skin that results within a black splotch?
I have seen this more frequently in men. As they age, their facial skin get a "black splotch"...it seems that it goes black inside the pores as well as on the surrounding skin surrounded by a particular area. I am looking for the name of this and how to treat it.
