Anyone own short occupancy cures and tips for dizziness cause by Anaemia?
I've been diagnosed with Anaemia - I'm talking iron tablets, making sure I draw from enough sleep and staying hydrated. However, I'm my iron levels were pretty low and it'll lug some time to get hem back up. In the meantime, does anyone have any tips for dealing next to the dizziness? Sometimes I'm walking along and I'll get really dizzy and have to stop suddenly like a crazy party. It's also affecting my work as I can't concentrate. Any tips?
Best Answer: Are you eating enough as well as drinking? Lack of food can exacerbate dizziness, so can anxiety, stress. I shouldn't verbs about having to stop suddenly or even sitting down if necessary. Your condition and safety come first, not what some person might think. Many would help out if they thought you needed help. Have a word with your doctor or the practise nurse, just to trademark sure there is nothing else causing your dizziness.
Answer: If you hold low blood pressure then try adding more salt to your diet and drink as much river as you can
