HELP!!?
a woman of 46
her doctors suspects that she has internal bleeding because of a tear that healed ultimate july, now she is throwing up blood frequently and on a daily basis, she have been diagnosed as being severely anemic she suffers from migraines that cause an Extreme amount of spasm and pain killers reseed it but do not get rid of it (imigran injections)
she constantly feel tired and worn out.
now her blood pressure is through the roof
245 over 140
and she has a pulse of 121
is this related? should she be going to hospital?
Best Answer: She should have be in the hospital a while ago, so yes. Internal bleeding can (rightfully so) be a medical emergency depending on where it is. And it sounds like she really is severely anemic and could have need of surgery to close the wound. Depending on how much blood she has left, she might even need transfusions.
