Best Answer: From my experience, I would let it run without tilting. By tilting your head subsidise or holding your nose you build up excess clotting. If you have no place to let it run, consent to it run into your mouth and spit it out. When you build up excess, spit it out. This is fast and all you have to do is clear up your mouth and clean your nose by flushing water into it. It is if truth be told cleaner than tilting your head back. "Much faster than letting it clot by tilting back and holding." Obviously you wouldn't want to do this technique if you hold no access to water in the near to direct moments.
