I've have this really doomed to failure sore throat. . .?
It's like a dry, scratchy sore throat. .
It gets really bad at hours of darkness - last night I couldn't sleep it was so bleak.
This hasn't been going on for very long, but in auxiliary, I have a stuffed up nose, I cough sometimes and I woke up with this fundamentally bad sinus headache . .
Am I getting sick?
What is it?
How can I cure this?

Best Answer: You probably have strep. Take a flashlight and look within the mirror and look in the back of your throat, if there are white blotches in close proximity your tonsils, you have strep. If not, then you just hold a bad sore throat. (And no...it isn't the swine flu...) Ok - you may have mono (mononucleosis). Here are the symptoms: The initial symptoms of mono are a general denial of energy or malaise, a loss of appetite, and chills. These initial symptoms can last from one to three days before the more intense symptoms of the malady begin. The more common intense symptoms include a severe sore throat, fever, and swollen glands (lymph nodes) within the neck area. It is typically the severe sore throat that prompts people to contact their doctor. have you be traveling lately? i mean like commuting? you know there is the pig flu that have been going on for quite a while now. I hope that's not what you hold. anyway. it could just be a minor cold which results you to cough and have a very impossible sinus headache. try taking some advil or cold flu medicine. my best recommendation would be to go see your family unit doctor and see what he says. also drink plenty of water and fluids as they help.
