i hold ocd -BAD-WHAT DO I DO?
iI have a really bad case of ocd-my vains start to "hurt" and i shutter passion like i am going to pass out when i see blood or see people vains through in that skin. how can i overcome this?I also have to step on certain tiles in stores and adjectives the other symptoms of ocd.:^) thnks!

Actually, what you are explaining is not *truly* OCD--seeing veins (and self fearful is not OCD)---it's simply Anxiety (which is different than OCD).
