does any of you suffer from a herpes outbreak every month cos i do what r some of the things i can do to prevent it beside taking pills cos im doing that. its very uncomfortable kind of close to a rash but no bumps is that what happens before you breakout within bumps? ive only had herpes for 2 months so i dont know too much. thanks for your support
