what if you own atsma and your have chest pains?
ok, im over at a friends house at the moment for summer, and i went swimming i recently just get put back on my inhaler for asthma,it was working fine at first but than when i went swimming two days ago my chest pains come back, my doctor told me about them before,but never told me what to do when my inhaler isnt working, and no i wasnt born beside asthma, i was diganosed with um.athletic..something...asthma. Well, anyway when i was swimming...o..how..do i explain it?...powerfully lets just say my chest surface like someone was stabbing me in the chest, hurt lately to inhale, my friends didnt want to leave so i stayed out of the water afraid of over doing it, the pool that day individual had about 4 or 5 live guards and about perchance 12 other ppl including my friends and me...(o yea i lefted my inhaler at home.) :( not good i know but usually my asthma isnt that bad, so i had my mom bring up to my friends, and ive be using it, the chest pains dont feel as tight, but there still there, i preserve using my inhaler..but..so is there something im doing wrong? i wanna know before going back to my doctors. cus if im i wanna be capable of save my parents a trip of gas. can any one help?
Best Answer: if your inhaler is not helping you, you can be in alot of trouble. some times you may own a viral or bacterial infection brewing or need to be on steriod inhalers 1-2x a day. Don't go anywhere lacking your inhaler, or cell phone. you need to go to the doctor. people still die from asthma exacerbations, atleast 5000 a year so they say aloud. maybe the chlorine or bromide fumes got to you.
