Bump within the middle of my chest?

Hello I'm 15 years old and admittedly a bit of a hypochondriac. I have notice that there is a small bump below and to the (anatomical) left of my sternum. It isn't slickly noticable at all, and it isn't really raised. At times when I am standing easily you can notice the skin is slightly raised (A bit larger than a U.S. Quarter). The raise area is more easily feel than seen, and it feels approaching muscle and may or may not be movable (It's kind of difficult to move any abnominal muscle, you know?).

One theory I may enjoy is that the left epigastric region of my abdomin is just larger than the right, because the bump get larger (as does the right side) when flexed (but the left side is still bigger).

I know the most common answer on here is to "budge to the doctor", but a hypochondriac can only have so plentiful false alarms.

Please, tell me what you think if you hold any knowledge of this subject to share. Thank you. :)
