I am 18 years old and i have be smoking marijuana, cigarettes & consuming alcohol since i was 14. over the years i have also experimented near harder substances. I know its bad for me so please spear me with the dont use and ur going 2 hurt urself & its stupid speech. I already know that. Im not long having trouble with things i enjoy never experienced before. Im not sure if it was the raison d`¨ētre of any of this.. my symptoms include light headedness, chest discomfort, rapid & irregular heart trounce. pale skin color. sweating & thoughts that im going 2 die. sometimes i cant see straight. pain surrounded by my stomache & on a few occasions i have faint & came through within a few second to min. It happens without admonition & it hits fast & it hurts. ive gone 2 the doctor before adjectives of this happened and they said i have an irregular heartbeat 4 someone my age. but they said i am fine.Yes i own quit everything and im completly sober now but sometimes i still dont feel right. can u relate me whats going on?
Answers: Can't be positive, but sounds like 'anxiety attacks' to me~ The symptom that concerns me most is 'fainting' along with an irregular heartbeat. (Don't close to that one!)Anxiety Attacks do feel exactly as you described, (esp. your describing "feeling of going to die") and be aware of very real!
There are meds for this , and or other treatments, but I do give attention to you should tell your DR. all of what you wrote here including what substances you've be "using".
Congrats on quiting!

This sounds like classic withdrawal symptoms. Had most of them myself at one time or another. However, knowing what it is does not label it any better. You should return to your doctor or clinic and explain to them exactly what is happening to you, and to make double sure that you are not suffering from some serious, as all the same, undiagnosed malady. It is not really necessary to suffer so much. Congratulations anyway on all your pains. Good luck and I hope you will feel great soon. It could be that your heart was somehow undermined by the drugs and/or alcohol. Go see your doctor and request an echocardiogram.
I drank heavily and did speed for 14 years and also had an irregular heartbeat. Although I didn't have the symptoms you're have after I quit, my doctor sent me in for all kind of tests on my heart...once I fessed up and told him that I wanted to achieve clean and sober.
Good luck to you...I hope everything turns out ok.
Withdrawls from the hard stuff..
