Chest Pains..Is it anxiety?

Ive had panic attacks for a few years but for former times week Ive had pretty strong pains in my chest on the right side that go to my right shoulder. They are worse if I lay down, I feel my heart punding harder and the pain get very intense. Im just wondering, have anyone else experienced this before? And could it be just a doomed to failure panic attack? Thank you!

My daughter have a reckless, possibly poison ivy or oak??
