Answers: Hi, it's very unusual to get a tick in the house unless you enjoy animals inside. Just keep in mind that if anything does enter your ear, it can't receive past your eardrum. And it most likely won't even acquire as far as your ear drum due to wax (everyone has it!). So if anything goes into your ear, it will usually die because of the wax. Gross, I know but it technique it can't bite you. If you're sure something went into your ear, go to a doctor or nurse and grasp them to look in it. They could syringe your ear just to breed sure there's nothing there. Please don't put any more q tips contained by your ear - you're not meant to put anything in your ear really! Q tips merely shove your earwax in further and compact it all. You could acquire some ear drops to soften wax or you can use warm olive grease - warm NOT hot!! If you use hot oil, you could perforate your eardrum (that happen to a man I know). You just take a teaspoon full of olive grease and warm it over a candle, then pour it into your ear and it will verbs the wax. If you're not sure about it though, don't do it.
You'd be best getting a doctor or nurse to check your ear to see if there's anything in it, and also to put your mind at help!!
Good luck.
By the way, you said it was something one and only a little bit smaller than your ear hole. Ticks are tiiny insects - they're usually about the size of a pinhead. They look plentifully bigger when they're attached to an animal or something because they swell up with blood but when not attached they're tiny.
This happened to me years ago. I feel something in my hair and when I brushed contained by front of a mirror I saw a very fast tick budge inside my right ear!! After a momentary panic, I got some cotton out of an asprin bottle and some olive grease. I poured the olive oil into my ear and then plugged it near the cotton. The next morning I showered and could not find a suffocated tick, and I had my dog's vet look inside my ear to confirm it be gone. If it's showing signs of irritation, get a friend to look in your ear next to a flash light. If you live alone and can't get give a hand right now, go to the ER. They'll aid you out as quick as they can. You need to receive it out if it's there though! If there's no lime disease, you could get a horrible infection and it could destruction your ear.
Get better soon!
