Does anyone know anything going on for vitiligo?

i have vitiligo on my right leg, i have have it since i can remember, and i seem to get a clean white spot higher and higher up my leg respectively year. will it stop.? ive tried spray tanners to cover it but nothing seems to work. doesn anyone know how i can cover/treat/get rid of it? appreciation!
