Answers: It depends on the efficiency of transport to the lab and then the promptness of communicating the results to the doctor's organization. My office would have these results fund in ~ three days. Other offices may change.
If you want your results (as I would if I were a cancer patient following one or more of these markers), I'd suggest calling the doctor's organization and checking with his staff to find out your results. Usually the nurse or lab person can distribute these to you.
Some doctors may insist that only they give out the results. It depends on your doctor and how he or she manage reports.
My patients knew something about interpreting these test since I spent a lot of time explaining the limits of the results within predicting the future. I did not mind my patients checking their own lab work with my bureau staff.
