Answers:    One of the best programs in the country is at Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, TN. There aren't oodles dysautonomia specialists in the country. I would call or email that dept. at Vanderbilt (google it) and ask for some name of docs or clinics close to you. Best wishes, I have had dysautonomia issues for over a decade (high/low heart rate and bp, dizziness, fatigue, madness, etc.)
