resourcefully as i understand it i think you cant administer blood if the other person is hiv poitive but if your not to sure have a question paper and just to be extra safe progress on the blood website and ring them up then they will tell you for 100% if you can or cna't bestow blood. Heck, I don't know what the big deal is. If you're negative for any STDs, or any other virus then you should be okay as long as they don't know.
