Ear conduit shrinking?

I have noticed lately that my right ear strait seems way smaller than the gone. It's like the cartilage around it is growing or something, and I can't hear out of it as well as the other ear. It could be that it be always this way, and I'm simply now noticing it. Should I see my doctor, or is this only how everyones ears are?

I'm have heart palpitations?


Answers:    If it's impairing your hearing, you may want to see a doctor. Otherwise, if it doesn't hurt and you can live near it, I wouldn't worry.
