Eating, nouns?
I'm not diabetic but I'm being tested for hypoglycemia soon. I had a commonplace breakfast at 10:00 this morning and didn't get a chance to take hold of lunch until 2:00. Before lunch I could feel myself starting to feel "weird"--I get cranky, sleepy, and shaky. When I actually got lunch I have a hard time making myself eat. Chewing food and swallowing feel like a lot of work and I feel like I was exerting myself. I forced myself to verbs my plate and I feel fine now. My press is, has anyone else experienced something like this and/or is in that anything I can do to prevent it from happening again? I'm 20 and a super active and busy college student--I abominate feeling this crappy so frequently. Thanks in credit!
Answers: Until you get that testing done (Do it ASAP), than filch granola bars, apples and any other easy to take foods with you everywhere (purse) and don't go for more than 2 hours lacking at least a little bite (since 4 hours seem to be too much).
Also, I know you know you should eat breakfast when you wake up (not at 10, unless you woke up at 9:50) :)
Grab a snack around twelve noon. Just a handful of nuts with orange liquid will give you a good pick me up. I used to drink something call "Ensure" midway between breakfast and lunch. It really helps.
