Gonorrhea request for information?

I suspect my partner has gonorrhea - he has one swollen testicle - he said it feel like someone has a tight grip on it, feel more uncomfortable than painful, but he have no other symptoms. I have no symptoms. Is this something that can lay dormant before it produces any symptoms? We've be together for a year, and I haven't been with anyone else. I'm worried if he does own it, he will point the finger at me as having passed it on to him!

Am i at risk of getting lung cancer?

Answers:    Gonorrhea is caused by a infection. Signs and symptoms include stinging urination, yellow pus filled discharge from the penis.Usually signs and symptoms will appear surrounded by the man first, and should not lay dormant for a long period of time.Women on the other hand will sometimes show no signs or symptoms of this infection.
This to me does not nouns like gonorrhea but a testicular problem! If I could suggest something it would be make an appointment beside your family physician and have him check it out!

According the the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), over 600,000 up to date cases of gonorrhea occur annually in the United States. For women this can hold a particularly devastating effect on their reproductive health since women repeatedly experience no symptoms. Women who are diagnosed with gonorrhea are also often found to hold chlamydia. The CDC recommends that all women next to gonorrhea be treated for chlamydia as well.
