Answers:    Your need omega 3s. Im not going to explain why but you can look it up by googling "skin and omega 3s" . Also you may want to switch to equate brand face wash or something explicitly less acidic resembling dove. You could have a ph problem with the river in your area.

Help yuour body from the inside out beside the omega 3s though.

I use chia to get mine. You can look that up as well.

Risperdal question??...singular inhabitants who know around risperdal please.?

Here are a few things to consider:

1) Are you wearing sunscreen?
2) What soap are you using? Chances are it's drying you out.

My favorite sensitive skin moisturizer is Cerave. You can get a huge container from Walgreens and it didn't break me out, even when my skin was at its worst.

Make sure that if you're using variety up, that it's being washed sour properly.

If your skin feels extremely ravaged, you can try massage some Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Jojoba Oil on your face for a few minutes and then rinsing it sour. This helps get the blood flow going and will give a hand replenish the moisture levels.

Stay away from exfoliators, acids (glycolic, salicylic), and sodium laureth/lauryl sulfates in your cleansers.

Try lotion cleansers, too (ie: Clarins).

Good Luck! Remember, smaller quantity is more in skin care. :)
